Past vs. Present #31DaysOfChange – Day 14

Our past, meaning everyday in your life before right now, has a way of trying to keep us living it its space. The past can be a powerful influence on our present. It influences the way we think, communicate, act, relate, feel, and love. Every one has a story to tell and each and every one of them is important. Of course, some stories are heartbreaking, some are joy filled, and some we would like to forget. But, all are part of your special story and the making of YOU! While you are writing the new story of you during this time of change, make sure your past is only used as a reference point and not a place you live!
