Counseling is a process of exploration, discovery and growth. I work with clients who want to learn more about themselves in a safe, caring and challenging environment. Whether you have relationship issues, grief, overwhelming stress, anxiety or depression, counseling can help.
I am passionate about helping clients recognize and change their thoughts and behaviors leading to increased awareness and more rewarding relationships. I work to tailor my approach to each individual’s specific needs and concerns, so that together we can create a path towards healing, empowerment and change.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and solution focus therapy. I enjoy working with individual adults, teenagers and couples. Christian counseling is available upon request.
I enjoy yoga and can still do headstands.
I come from a big family. I have 6 sisters and 3 brothers.
I love my coffee, I just can't drink it late in the day.
My favorite food is sushi and I can eat it every day!
